Eligible contributions made to a public school from January 1 through Tax Day of a calendar year may now be used as a tax credit on the prior year’s tax return. This means that contributions made to Ash Creek School from January 1, 2021 to April 15, 2022 can use for either for 2021 or 2022 Arizona income tax return. This increases your opportunity and flexibility in making a tax credit donation to Ash Creek School.
